Products sold through Bayemeyc.com are limited to store stock. After a customer places an order, the product's stock in stores is checked. For products that cannot be supplied due to being out of stock, the customer is informed and their payment is refunded.
What is the delivery time?
All products you purchase from Bayemeyc.com are delivered to cargo within 1-4 business days. The shipping company will deliver your order to the address you specified between 09:00-18:00 on business days.
Will I pay a shipping fee when I receive the product I purchased?
Delivery of your orders from Bayemeyc.com is free of charge.
Which shipping company will my order be delivered with?
Products you purchase from Bayemeyc.com are delivered via our contracted shipping company, Yurtiçi Kargo.
Do you deliver all over Turkey?
Currently, Yurtiçi Kargo delivers to the most locations within Turkey.
Order Cancellation
Can I cancel my order from Bayemeyc.com?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it from your account at My Account > My Orders. You can also email your request to support@bayemeyc.com or call the Bayemeyc Special Customer Relations Line at 0538 592 76 00.
Once your order cancellation request is approved, if payment was taken from your credit card, a refund will be issued to your card. Installment payments will be refunded in installments due to bank processes. As the refund process varies depending on your bank, you can track your refunds by contacting your bank.
Returns – Exchanges

How can I track the return process?
If you placed your order as a registered user of bayemeyc.com through your account, you can access the details of the relevant order on the My Account > My Orders page. If you made the purchase as a guest user, you can track the process from the My Orders page or from the SMS and emails sent regarding your return.
How can I get my free return shipping code?
How are repayments made for a product I bought in installments?
If you made your purchase using an installment payment option, your refund will be returned to your card in installments by your bank.
Can I return products I bought from Bayemeyc.com?
The satisfaction of our valued customers is always our priority. If you wish to return your product, we would be happy to assist you as quickly as possible under the following conditions:
- You can return products that have not exceeded 14 days from the invoice date, whose protective seal has not been opened, whose labels have not been removed, are unused, and are in a resalable condition, along with all their accessories. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with shipping costs charged to you. Therefore, we recommend that you try your products as soon as they arrive, in a way that does not cause damage to the product or its labels. You can return those you deem unsuitable to us in the manner specified above.
- You can send your returns free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo.
- When your return shipment reaches us, you will be notified via e-mail. After the products are checked for compliance with the return conditions, refunds for accepted return requests will be transferred to your bank within 14 business days. Your refund will be processed by your bank according to your payment method; installment purchases will be refunded in installments. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank.
What are the return conditions?

Can I exchange a product I bought from Bayemeyc.com?
If you wish to exchange products purchased from Bayemeyc.com that have not been altered, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:
- You can exchange your Bayemeyc products that meet the exchange and return conditions within 14 days from the invoice date, together with your invoice.
- Exchanges can only be made through Bayemeyc online stores. We cannot exchange your Bayemeyc.com products at our Boutique stores. You can exchange or return your Bayemeyc.com products that meet the return conditions with any product from our Bayemeyc online stores.
- Products purchased from our Strategic Business Partners cannot be exchanged.
- Your legal rights regarding products found to be defective due to sales or not meeting the stated quality, other than returns and exchanges, are reserved.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed after a return?
Refunds for approved returns are submitted to your bank within 14 business days to be credited back to the card used for payment, or are refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase. While it generally takes 1-3 business days for refunds to appear on credit cards, this process may take longer for debit cards. Please note that the refund process is entirely dependent on your bank, and Bayemeyc.com cannot interfere with bank procedures. Refunds for products purchased in installments will be processed in installments, as per bank regulations.
